Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation for an on-site team in Kalwan. This full-time role includes coordinating hiring activities, screening candidates, organizing interviews, and supporting workforce planning for technical and project-based positions. The position involves handling payroll inputs, attendance data, leave management, and assisting with compliance-related tasks and HR policies. The Human Resources Executive will support employee engagement initiatives,



address routine employee queries, maintain HR systems and reports, and collaborate with management to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with business needs. Qualifications
• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for engineering and technical roles.
• Experience in HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and basic labor law compliance.
• Ability to manage employee engagement activities, handle employee queries, and support a positive work environment.
• Proficiency with HR software tools, MS Office (Excel, Word), and report preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in HR within engineering, projects, or manpower solutions organizations is preferred.
• Solid communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
