Role Description The Human Resources Specialist role is a full-time in person position based in Worli, Mumbai. The specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management processes. Responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.



The role will also involve supporting recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate closely with managers and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to handle core HR operations and partner effectively with business leaders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to design, implement, and communicate compliant and equitable HR practices.
• Candidates should possess experience in Personnel Management to manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain accurate records, and support workforce planning.
• Relevant skills such as familiarity with Indian labor laws, proficiency with HRIS or HR software, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are beneficial.
