Role Description The Head – Government Projects & Business Development will lead the identification, development, and management of government and public sector opportunities for Cybrom Technology Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhopal and involves designing strategies to engage with local and national government bodies, building long-term relationships, and driving partnerships that support skill development initiatives. The role includes overseeing proposal development, managing tender and RFP processes, coordinating with internal training and software teams, and ensuring compliance with government guidelines.



The individual will monitor policy changes, analyze public sector trends, and report on project performance to senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and representing the organization in government meetings, industry events, and relevant forums. Qualifications
• Strong Government Relations experience, including engagement with Local Government and Public Sector stakeholders.
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management, presentations, and negotiation.
• Robust Analytical Skills for evaluating tenders, policies, and project performance.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in education, skilling, or technology sectors.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Knowledge of government schemes, skill development policies, and public procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working on-site in Bhopal and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
