Role Description The Revit MEP Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Revit MEP for engineering students and early-career professionals, ensuring they gain practical, industry-relevant skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, demonstrating Revit MEP workflows for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and guiding learners through hands-on projects. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training documentation and attendance records. Additional tasks include updating course content based on industry trends, coordinating with other trainers,



and supporting placement activities by aligning training outcomes with employer expectations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong proficiency in Revit MEP, including modeling, documentation, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with MEP design concepts, building services engineering, and application of industry standards and codes.
• Candidates should possess solid teaching, mentoring, or corporate training skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess good curriculum development and lesson planning skills, including creation of training modules, exercises, and assessments.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage classrooms and facilitate interactive sessions.
• Candidates should possess basic CAD/BIM knowledge (e.g., AutoCAD, other BIM tools) and familiarity with related software commonly used in engineering projects.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering fields; prior industry experience in MEP/BIM projects is highly beneficial.
