Job Responsibilities Sourcing and Business Generation: Source proposals from individual farmers, co-operative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kisan Clubs, Farmer Producer Organizations. Source liability business from mapped dairy societies, farmers, and other potential customers. Generate Cross Sell business from mapped locations. Conduct marketing activities for current business generation. Achieve assigned targets. Increase penetration of KGC Business in existing and new villages. Source business from farmers and actively actively involve in Government Schemes. Ensure DBT seeding for all accounts. Relationship Building And Customer Support Provide pre and post disbursement support to customers. Coordinate with customers and insurance co.

Business Correspondent (BC) Management Periodically visit BC locations and guide BCs on business and regulatory requirements. Support BCs in processing CASA sourcing and coordinate with Ops, branch. Coordinate with auditors for BC spot audits. Others Perform any other task assigned by seniors. Educational Qualifications Graduate Key Skills Basic understanding of Banking Products & Processes Persuasion & Selling Skills Good Team spirit Time Management Proficiency in local language Proactive & focused approach Experience Required 0 to 3 Years Experience in Banking or Financial Service industry, or Sales experience in Seed companies, Fertilizer companies, Agri Product companies, Banks, Dairy Companies, Dairy Society etc. Major Stakeholders Customer Local bodies Credit Team Operation Team
