Labour Manager ACE FACADE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and responsible Labour Manager to manage workforce operations and coordinate manpower requirements across project sites in Delhi and Mumbai. We are seeking a professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience in labour management, workforce planning, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate labour deployment across project sites.
• Plan manpower requirements according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and project management teams.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and allocation.
• Maintain workforce records and manpower reports.
• Address labour-related issues and ensure smooth site operations.
• Coordinate workforce requirements to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and applicable labour regulations. Requirements
