This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer requirements. The Operations Assistant will assist in scheduling, documentation, and internal communication between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing basic reports and operational data, and supporting process improvements under the guidance of the operations management team.



The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support order handling, scheduling, and process coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to manage data, track performance indicators, and assist in solving operational issues.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external clients professionally.
