Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for creating visual content that showcases Kozasko’s products, brand story, and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing video shoots for campaigns, social media, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content. The role involves operating cameras, setting up lighting, framing shots, and capturing high-quality footage in studio and on location. The Videographer will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to translate brand guidelines into compelling video narratives, and may assist in basic editing, file management, and content optimization for digital platforms.



This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage shoot logistics, maintain equipment, and consistently deliver polished, brand-aligned visuals. Qualifications
• Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing sets, and coordinating with creative and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in camera operation and handling different camera systems to achieve desired visual styles.
• Experience with lighting setup and control to create high-quality, visually appealing footage.
• Hands-on ability in shooting video for product showcases, lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.
• Knowledge of basic video editing and post-production workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and understanding of composition and color.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to take feedback and align work with brand guidelines.
• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or product-focused videography is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
