Role Description The Tech Intern will assist with day-to-day IT operations in a full-time remote role. Responsibilities include helping monitor systems and networks, documenting issues and resolutions, and providing basic technical support under supervision. The intern will participate in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, updating knowledge bases, and supporting the deployment and configuration of tools or applications. This role also involves collaborating with senior team members on small projects, learning best practices in IT service delivery,



and following established procedures and security guidelines. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to learn and use remote support tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
• Solid problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Interest in managed services, IT support, or systems administration; prior coursework or personal projects are beneficial.
• Ability to manage time, follow instructions, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
