Responsible for daily inventory planning, stock optimization, and material availability. This role requires robust analytical and logical reasoning to balance stock levels, optimize inventory turnover, and ensure seamless supply chain performance.
- Optimize raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels using Oracle ERP to balance service levels and holding costs.
- Validate demand forecasts against inventory and open orders to prevent stockouts and manage excess inventory.
- Set and adjust safety stock parameters, reorder points, and replenishment schedules based on usage and lead times.
- Address inventory supply bottlenecks promptly to prevent disruption to production and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with Production, Material Planning, Quality Control, Warehouse, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.
