Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and enterprise-scale test automation. Strong hands-on experience with Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, JUnit, or TestNG. Experience testing APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications. Strong understanding of test automation architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience with performance, resiliency, and security testing methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across teams. Solid mentoring and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders. Good understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
