As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle. You actively engage in planning sessions to integrate various components and ensure seamless delivery. Your role includes continuous testing activities focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes to uphold high-quality standards throughout the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality practices.
Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality engineering best practices. Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language), Kubernetes, Python (Programming Language). Robust understanding of API testing methodologies and continuous integration processes. Experience in designing and implementing automation strategies for testing environments. Familiarity with environment configuration management and data setup for testing purposes. Ability to analyze and report defects effectively to support continuous improvement initiatives.
