Hands on experience in managing VMware platforms including ESXi hosts, clusters, and vCenter.
Deep knowledge of Active Directory architecture, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy design, and replication troubleshooting.
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and efficiency.
Experience in security patching, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
Robust analytical, root cause analysis, and problem solving capabilities.
Proven ability to manage critical incidents (P1/P2), lead war room calls, and communicate with clients under pressure.
Exposure to ITIL aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.
Experience working in large scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization.
