**India T&M; Special Bonus:** **Role: Offshore Delivery Lead** **Total Experience:** 15+ years **Relevant Experience:** 10+ years **Role Overview** The Delivery Lead will own end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Fabric engagement on a fixed-price basis, ensuring delivery commitments, quality, commercials and governance are managed effectively. The role will also coordinate service transition, ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant operational or support teams without requiring a separate Transition Lead. **Key Responsibilities** + Own end-to-end fixed-price delivery, including planning, milestones, resource utilisation, budget tracking and delivery commitments. + Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), proactively resolving blockers and escalating critical risks. + Coordinate client dependencies, decisions, access requirements and stakeholder commitments. + Establish delivery governance, including status reporting, steering updates, progress reviews and action tracking. + Manage scope changes, delivery estimates, effort tracking and commercial implications in accordance with contractual governance. + Lead coordination across architecture, engineering, DevOps, analytics and QA workstreams. + Own service-transition coordination,



including operational readiness, knowledge transfer, documentation, support ownership and handover planning. + Drive quality, adherence to agreed standards, continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction. **Required Skills and Experience** + 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years in delivery management, project management or technology programme delivery. + Proven experience managing fixed-price technology engagements and delivery commitments. + Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, data engineering or cloud data platform delivery. + Experience in delivery governance, RAID management, dependency management, financial tracking and client reporting. + Experience coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. + Understanding of service transition, operational readiness, release governance and production handover. + Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. **Preferred:** Experience delivering Microsoft data platform or analytics programmes for banking or other regulated financial services clients.
