Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP IS-U and SAP CRM Utilities.
• Conduct business workshops, requirement discussions, and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP CRM Utilities functionalities.
• Work on customer service processes, service requests, service orders, and notifications.
• Understand SAP CRM–SAP IS-U integration, including Business Partner, Contract Account, Premise, Installation, and Device-related processes.
• Coordinate with SAP IS-U teams across Device Management, Billing, Invoicing, and FICA.
• Work closely with ABAP and integration teams for enhancements and defect resolution.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.




• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve functional issues. ? Mandatory

Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Utilities and/or SAP IS-U.
• Good understanding of SAP Utilities business processes and customer service operations.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional configuration, and documentation.
• Understanding of SAP CRM–SAP IS-U integration and master data processes.
• Experience in functional testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ? Valuable to Have:
• SAP IS-U Device Management and Meter Reading.
• SAP FICA, Billing, Invoicing, and Move-In/Move-Out.
• SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Fiori.
