Key Responsibilities
• Own P&L; for the D2C business (website and owned channels).
• Develop annual D2C growth strategy, sales forecasts and channel plans.
• Manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and affiliate channels.
• Optimize website conversion rate (CRO), landing pages, UX and customer journey.
• Own CRM, marketing automation, email, WhatsApp, SMS and loyalty programs.
• Drive SEO and content strategy to improve organic traffic.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CLV, AOV, retention and cohort performance.
• Implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking and attribution.
• Build dashboards using GA4, Power BI / Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation for ads, creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Work with agencies, developers and creative teams to deliver campaigns.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for inventory availability and demand planning.
• Coordinate closely with the marketing team and external agencies to align campaigns and priorities.
• Ensure data privacy, platform compliance and governance.
