Role Description This full-time Social Media Content Creator role is an on-site position located in Rohini, New Delhi. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, with a robust focus on promoting JUGNU KIDS and other studio projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, short-form copy, captions, and video descriptions; coordinating with animation and design teams to source visuals; and scheduling content to maintain a consistent posting calendar. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and suggest improvements based on trends and analytics. The role also includes brainstorming campaign ideas, staying updated on kids’ content and social media trends, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, short scripts, and post copy tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic visual content coordination, working effectively with designers and animators to align graphics, thumbnails, and short videos with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media planning and execution, including maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, and tracking basic performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess skills in audience engagement, such as responding to comments, managing community interactions, and adapting content based on feedback.
• Candidates should possess skills in trend awareness and research, staying up to date with kids’ content, animation-related topics, and platform-specific best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital content, or related creative roles, preferably in entertainment, media, or animation.
• Ability to work on-site in Rohini, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
