0–2 years About ReachyReachReachyReach is an influencer marketing and talent management agency with an exclusive roster of 20+ automotive creators. We work with brands and advertising agencies to create impactful influencer campaigns and build long-term opportunities for our talent. We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented Talent Manager to manage our exclusive creators, nurture relationships, and help grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Management: Build strong relationships with our exclusive influencers and understand their professional goals.
• Brand Collaborations: Coordinate with the internal team to secure and manage collaboration opportunities for our creators.
• Commercial Negotiations: Discuss commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with brands and agencies.
• Campaign Execution: Manage campaigns end-to-end, including briefs, content approvals, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators and ensure clear, timely communication.
• Creator Growth: Identify opportunities to grow creators' personal brands, improve their positioning, and expand their collaboration potential.
• Coordination & Follow-ups: Track campaign commitments, pending deliverables, payments, and invoices.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends,



social media platforms, and the automotive creator ecosystem.
• Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and documentation.
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital content, or automobiles.
• Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.
• Should have their own laptop

Experience:
