Food Technology Intern – Product Development & Research Soulcore India LLP
- Internship | Full-time | Hybrid | Mumbai About Soulcore: Soulcore is a science-backed nutrition and wellness brand focused on developing innovative products in protein, fibre, digestive health, weight management and functional nutrition. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food Techs to join our Product Development & Research team.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Documentation: Prepare product dossiers, technical data sheets (TDS), ingredient specifications and product master databases.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor benchmarking, product comparisons, ingredient research and identify market opportunities.
- Product Development: Assist in formulation development, ingredient evaluation, nutritional calculations and prototype optimisation.
- Laboratory Trials: Plan, coordinate and document product trials, sensory evaluations and formulation improvements with manufacturers.
- Scientific Research & Patents: Support technical documentation for the company's fibre patent and three proprietary blend patent-related submissions.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with manufacturers and ingredient suppliers for samples, trials, specifications and product development.
- Regulatory & Quality: Research FSSAI regulations, review product labels and claims, coordinate quality testing,

Tech / M.
Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering or related disciplines.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant internship experience.
- Basic understanding of food formulation, food chemistry and ingredient functionality.
- Strong research, analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in nutraceuticals, functional foods and product innovation. What You Will Gain
