Kandukur Converra is hiring BIM MEP Modelers for a large construction project in Hyderabad, Telangana (site

location:
Kandukur). If you have modelled HVAC, electrical, plumbing or fire services in Revit and know how to resolve clashes before they reach site, this role is for you. What you will do
• Develop MEP BIM models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting) in Autodesk Revit up to construction-level detailing
• Prepare coordinated drawings, schedules, BOQs and quantities from the models
• Run clash detection and coordination with Architectural and Structural models in Navisworks Manage
• Manage models and documents on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Follow project BIM standards,



LOD requirements and quality checks
• Incorporate design revisions within specified timelines What we are looking for
• 5+ years of hands-on MEP BIM modelling experience in Revit MEP
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
• Understanding of MEP services layouts and coordination with other disciplines
• We want the Immediate joiners & on urgent basis What is on offer
• Workstation and required software provided
• Long-term deployment on a large construction project Please note
