Company Description Biomart Sustainable Projects Pvt Ltd is a sustainability and climate-tech venture focused on building practical solutions for a circular economy. The company has grown from offering sustainable alternatives to single-use products to addressing broader challenges in resource recovery and waste management. Biomart’s work spans sustainable products made from cotton, jute, and denim; Oranguttan, a recycled-plastic brick and material recovery initiative; and AI-enabled systems for intelligent recovery infrastructure. By combining better materials, improved recovery systems, and measurable circularity, Biomart aims to turn waste into resources and extend material lifecycles in responsible ways. Role Description The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives and partnerships for Biomart’s sustainability and climate-tech solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and assisting in outreach to prospective partners and customers. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials, and support follow-ups to nurture relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align business opportunities with product capabilities, maintaining basic customer records,



and contributing ideas to improve business development processes in the sustainability space. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and an interest in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills for gathering, organizing, and presenting insights on industries, competitors, and customers.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building.
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy, or climate-tech domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Kochi and manage time effectively.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort learning new digital tools is an advantage.
