͏ Roles and Responsibilities
• Work direction and development for a team of associates
• Provide operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making appropriate decisions, responsible for the daily monitoring of quality and production.
• Provide performance feedback to the associates as and when needed
• Assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Team Leader Essential Hiring Skills ⦁ LIDAR labeling experience is must. ⦁ Proven ability to understand, interpret, and prepare SOPs and policy guidelines. ⦁ Hands-on experience auditing LIDAR datasets. ⦁ Provide direction, guidance, and development support to a team of associates. ⦁ Oversee operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making informed decisions, and ensuring daily control of quality and productivity. ⦁ Deliver performance feedback to associates as needed and conduct weekly individual and team reviews.



⦁ Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and client stakeholders to align on quality expectations. ⦁ Identify root causes of quality issues and lead both corrective and preventive action plans. ͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory
