Responsibilities:
• Identify technical training needs with manufacturing, production, engineering, quality, maintenance, testing, and other functional teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate technical training on manufacturing processes, quality, safety, equipment, and operational excellence.
• Independently deliver non-technical and behavioural training, using engaging activities, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Drive competency mapping, role-based skill matrices, proficiency assessments, and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
• Develop and execute training calendars aligned with business priorities; coordinate SMEs, external trainers, vendors, and program logistics.
• Administer the LMS, including course uploads, enrolments, assignments, assessments, attendance, and completion records.
• Maintain accurate learning data and competency records; prepare dashboards and MIS reports on training hours, participation, completion, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with LMS vendors and IT/HRIS teams on system support, integration,



and improvements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, track competency development, and maintain training documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and continuously improve learning interventions and processes. Educational

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Candidates with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline may be considered with relevant technical training experience in manufacturing or the EV sector.
• Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development) preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR/L&D; or Train the Trainer (ToT) certification will be an added advantage. Required Experience &

Skills:
• 4–5 years of relevant L&D; experience, preferably in EV, automotive, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience in technical training and independent facilitation of non-technical and behavioural programs.
• Strong knowledge of competency mapping, skill matrix management, skill gap analysis, and TNI.
• Practical experience in LMS administration, learning data management, and training MIS.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage. "We are an Equal Employment Prospect employer.
