About the role
You are the front end of our sales engine. You find companies that run vehicles, get us in the door, understand their fleet, and hand a qualified opportunity to our closing team. Based in Mumbai with travel across the city and to Pune. You report to Hemant, Sales Head. This is a field role — most of your week is outside the office. What you will do
• Build target lists of companies with fleets (pharma, BFSI, IT, FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, professional services) in Mumbai and Pune
• Cold-call, email and visit admin heads, procurement managers and finance teams to set up first meetings
• Run discovery: fleet size, current ownership or lease arrangement, renewal dates, pain points
• Present Tristar's leasing model and hand qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager for proposal and closing
• Keep the CRM current — every contact, meeting and follow-up logged the same day
• Hit weekly targets for calls, meetings and qualified opportunities What we are looking for
• 2–4 years in B2B field sales — vehicle leasing, auto finance, insurance, fleet services, logistics or any corporate-services selling
• Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-up; not put off by a no
• Explicit spoken English and Hindi; Marathi a strong advantage for Mumbai and Pune
• Own two-wheeler or car and willingness to travel daily
• Organised with a CRM and a calendar
