₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Who we are We’re OxyExhaustService.com, a growing exhaust and ventilation service brand. We’re looking for someone who loves turning ad budgets into real customers and wants to own the growth of a business, not just run campaigns. What you’ll do
• Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads to bring in quality leads at the lowest cost
• Set up tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API
• Test audiences, creatives, and ad copy to improve results
• Build retargeting campaigns and improve landing page conversions
• Track ROAS, CPL, and CTR, and share clear weekly performance reports What we’re looking for
• Hands-on experience in advanced performance marketing
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile
• Analytical mindset and good communication in English and Hindi
