India Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Remote We are looking for an Indian national with certified Italian language proficiency to lead and manage Italian-language transcription and AI data annotation team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Italian-language transcription and data annotation team.
• 6 hours: Hands-on word alignment and annotation.
• 4 hours: Reviewing completed work, quality assurance, ensuring daily output targets are met, mentoring team members, and managing the team's day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in Italian (Italy), including grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension.
• Strong understanding of spoken Italian, accents, and conversational language.
• Good command of English for skilled communication.




• Previous experience in transcription, translation, proofreading, linguistic quality assurance, or data annotation is preferred.
• Prior team management or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Must have: Applicants must hold a valid Italian language proficiency certification such as CILS, CELI, PLIDA, or Certit. Equivalent recognized Italian language qualifications may also be considered, subject to verification. Applicants must submit a copy of their certificate mentioning the proficiency level, issuing organization, and year of completion.
