Devasandra Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bangalore (in office)
· Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month
· Type: Full-time We are hiring for an owner-led role working closely with the founder and operating core of a growing food business. This is a hands-on role focused on procurement and supply chain. We're looking for someone who is comfortable speaking to vendors, comparing options, working with data, following through on tasks, and taking ownership of problems from start to finish. What you will do
· Work closely with the founder on procurement and supply chain operations.
· Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other business requirements.
· Compare vendor quotes, pricing, MOQs, lead times, quality, and other commercial terms.
· Track purchase orders, deliveries, inventory, and supplier follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
· Research new vendors and procurement opportunities and maintain a strong supplier network.
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, warehouses,



and other external partners to keep things moving.
· Take ownership of open-ended problems and high-priority projects assigned by the founder.
· Drive procurement optimization by improving vendor terms, reducing costs, and identifying opportunities to make procurement more efficient. Who you are
· Strong with numbers,Excel/Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
· Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Comfortable speaking with vendors, negotiating, following up, and building relationships.
· Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
· Curious about how a business works end to end and comfortable working across different areas.
· High ownership, proactive, and comfortable working independently and figuring out solutions.
