About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Officers to join our sales team. You will call international prospects, find new leads and help turn them into clients. Freshers with positive English are welcome to apply.
What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls to international prospects
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
• Explain our ERP products and services to prospects
• Follow up with prospects regularly
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets
• Update and manage leads in the CRM
• Work with the sales team to close deals What We're Looking For
• Any degree
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or international outbound calling
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
