About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and passionate Fashion Designer who has a strong understanding of both Western and Indian wear. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for fashion, silhouettes, fabrics, colours, trends and craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who can translate creative concepts into commercially viable designs while bringing fresh ideas and originality to every collection.

Key Responsibilities
• Design contemporary Western wear, including dresses, co-ord sets, tops, shirts, skirts, trousers, blazers and statement pieces.
• Design Indian and Indo-Western wear, including suits, kurtas, festive wear, occasion wear and statement ensembles.
• Develop original concepts, mood boards, colour stories and seasonal collections.
• Create detailed technical sketches, fashion illustrations and garment specifications.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, measurement charts and size specifications.
• Have a robust understanding of fabrics,



trims, embroidery, prints and surface ornamentation.
• Work closely with tailors, pattern masters, sampling teams and production units to develop samples.
• Conduct fittings, identify alterations and ensure the final garment matches the design vision.
• Research upcoming fashion trends, silhouettes, colours and market preferences.
• Source fabrics, embellishments and accessories.
• Ensure quality, finishing and attention to detail throughout the production process. Skills & Requirements
• Strong knowledge of both Western and Indian fashion.
• Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making and stitching techniques.
• Proficiency in fashion illustration and technical drawing.
• Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, embroidery, prints and garment finishing.
• Ability to create detailed tech packs and measurement specifications.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or other fashion design software.
• Strong creative thinking and trend research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple designs and work within deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both Western and Indian wear designs.
