Role Description The Senior Production Shift Supervisor will oversee aluminium extrusion production operations during assigned shifts at the Kichha manufacturing facility. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing shift teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Day-to-day activities include monitoring extrusion processes and equipment, coordinating raw material and die availability, optimizing machine utilization, and resolving production issues in real time. The role also involves supervising shift staff, conducting briefings,



maintaining documentation and production reports, and collaborating with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for seamless operations. The supervisor will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enforce compliance with company policies, and support training and development of shift personnel. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning and Production Schedules management, ensuring timely and efficient output.
• Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities, including process control, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and frontline operators.
• Extensive experience specifically in aluminium extrusion production is required, including knowledge of presses, dies, melting, and heat treatment processes.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or related engineering field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in high-volume manufacturing environments, with familiarity in lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work in rotating shifts as per operational requirements.
