We specialise in premium home interiors, modular furniture, false ceilings, lighting and complete interior execution. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily site activities and ensure quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily interior site execution and labour activities.
• Coordinate carpenters, electricians, false ceiling workers and other contractors.
• Monitor work progress according to approved drawings and schedules.
• Ensure quality, finishing and accuracy of all executed works.
• Check material requirements and coordinate material availability.
• Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions.




• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams whenever required. Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, electrical and false ceiling works.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong responsibility and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites around Salem.
