Bengaluru Employment Type: Full time | Permanent Experience Required: 3-5 Years Looking for a proactive HR Executive to oversee recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role requires a people-focused professional who can ensure compliance, enhance employee experience, and support business growth through effective HR practices. This position is open for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records
• Manage payroll processing, salary disbursement, statutory deductions, and payroll-related compliance




• Coordinate with accounts/finance teams for accurate payroll management and employee compensation processing
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate training and engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and administration ✅ Eligibility:
• MBA in HR or Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in HR
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance
