Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, collaborate with business leaders, and drive effective hiring strategies to attract and acquire top talent across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a corporate, IT, or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in Leadership Hiring, including identifying, attracting, and hiring senior-level professionals and leadership positions.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, qualified networks, and employee referrals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality recruitment delivery.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Drive critical and niche hiring mandates, ensuring the timely closure of key positions.




• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze hiring performance, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
