About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Platform Lead to drive backend engineering, data infrastructure, and AI/ML platform development for Pinaca, a social media and cyber threat intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, own critical platform architecture, and build reliable, scalable solutions across cloud-hosted, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of backend microservices and secure APIs.
• Manage distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and large-scale data pipelines.
• Deploy and optimize self-hosted LLMs and ML models on GPU infrastructure.
• Drive search performance, data storage optimization, and platform reliability.
• Build secure, offline deployment, release, upgrade, and rollback processes.
• Establish engineering best practices for testing, CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.




• Hands-on experience with production ML/LLM deployment and GPU infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Proven experience with on-premises or air-gapped deployments.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications
• Kubernetes, including k3s, RKE2, or OpenShift.
• vLLM, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Go or Rust for performance-critical applications.
• MLOps/LLMOps and secure software release practices.
• Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or government-focused products. Why Join Us?
