About Positron Energy LimitedPositron Energy Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Technical Services & Projects to lead and oversee the execution of Oil & Gas, City Gas Distribution (CGD), and EPC infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple project sites, ensuring timely execution, budget control, quality standards, safety compliance, and effective coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects.
• Establish project milestones, technical deliverables, execution strategies, and resource plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, manpower, machinery, and material deployment.
• Ensure adherence to Time, Cost, Quality, and Safety (TCQS) standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Manage client relationships, project reviews, vendor coordination, and contractor performance.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project-related invoices based on achieved milestones.
• Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and commercial closures.
• Provide technical support for project estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, statutory regulations, and safety requirements.



Required Qualifications
• BE / B.
Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
• ME / M.
Tech / MBA will be an added advantage. Experience & Technical Requirements
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, CGD, EPC, or infrastructure project execution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or Assistant Manager role.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• Natural Gas Pipelines (PE / Steel Networks).
• PNG Domestic and Commercial Installations.
• LPG Reticulation Networks.
• Industrial and In-Plant Piping Systems.
• Experience in managing multiple project sites and large-scale infrastructure assignments.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and execution management. Required Skills
