Role Description The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur, supporting workforce and people-related initiatives across the store and corporate functions. The HRBP will handle day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee life cycle activities, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding. This role will focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor and employment laws, while partnering with managers to address workforce planning and talent development needs. The HRBP will also support training initiatives, maintain HR documentation and systems, and work to foster an inclusive,



high-performance culture aligned with business objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience in implementing and maintaining HR frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and employee communication.
• Candidates should possess Labor and Employment Law knowledge, with experience ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including goal setting, appraisal processes, and feedback mechanisms.
• Relevant skills such as HR data analysis, HRIS tools, and documentation management are beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in retail, textiles, or a similar fast-paced environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
