· 3 positions About TopCrop TopCrop sources traced, tested natural ingredients like essential oils, herbs, spices and fruit and vegetable powders from farmer collectives across India and sells them to buyers worldwide. We run B2B exports and are building direct-to-consumer e-commerce in the UK, USA, UAE and India. About the program We're hiring three Management Trainees to work directly with the founder across the business. Over three months you'll work on real projects in several functions, take ownership early and learn how an agri-export company runs end to end. Trainees who perform well will be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship. What you'll work on Sourcing and procurement: coordinate with supplier partners and farmer collectives, follow up on quality checks and lab reports, and track orders. Exports and trade: help prepare export documentation, coordinate with freight and logistics partners, and track shipments. E-commerce operations: support listings, inventory, packaging and fulfilment across our marketplaces. Buyer and partner outreach:



research and reach out to potential buyers and partners in India and abroad, and manage our CRM. Founder's office projects: market research, presentations, grant and accelerator applications, and reporting. Who we're looking for Recent graduates or final-year students (BBA, MBA, B.
Com, agribusiness, B.
Tech or similar). Curious, organised and comfortable taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team. Positive written and spoken English, plus strong skills in spreadsheets and Google Workspace. Self-driven and reliable working remotely. Nice to have: interest in agriculture, international trade, sustainability or e-commerce. What you'll get Hands-on experience across exports, e-commerce and agri supply chains. Direct mentorship from the founder. A full-time offer for trainees who perform well. Stipend: unpaid for Month 1 (onboarding and training), then ₹7,500/month from Month 2. An internship certificate and a recommendation letter. Duration: 3 months
