We are looking for an experienced Moldflow & VA/VE Engineer to join our Center for Research & Innovation (CRI), Noida. If you have strong expertise in plastic product engineering, Moldflow simulation, injection molding, and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), this could be an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge consumer products and advanced engineering challenges. ?

Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct Moldflow simulations and provide design recommendations for plastic components ✅ Drive VA/VE initiatives for cost, quality, material, and performance optimization ✅ Support DFM, DFMEA, tooling, and molding process improvements ✅ Work on surface technology, aesthetics, appearance engineering, and perceived product quality ✅ Analyze and resolve injection molding and plastic component-related issues ✅ Collaborate with Product Development, Tooling, Manufacturing,



and Quality teams ✅ Support plant trials, validation, issue resolution, and implementation activities ? Desired Profile ?

Experience:
4–6 years in Moldflow analysis, injection molding, and plastic product development ? Qualification: B.
E./B.
Tech in Mechanical / Polymer / Production / Manufacturing Engineering, or CIPET Post Diploma in Mold Technology ? Strong knowledge of DFM, DFMEA, tooling, polymers, and injection molding processes ? Hands-on experience with Autodesk Moldflow / Moldex3D is essential ? Exposure to Creo and NX preferred ? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across engineering functions ? Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants as required
