Roles & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP & S/4HANA Finance transformations, capable of leading end-to-end implementations while effectively engaging with business stakeholders across Finance stream. •Working with the team to support priorities, estimates, and resource allocation for initiatives related to Payments and Order to Cash processes. •Solution design notes for small-to-medium changes, including architecture impact, business requirements, technology constraints, and future extensibility considerations •Integration design and support documentation for SAP BIM (CI) FICA interfaces with adjacent finance, reservation, billing, and master-data systems. •Release, deployment, rollback, and hypercare playbooks for changes and production-protected releases •Security, compliance, and production best-practice checklist with evidence tracking for operational changes •System architecture, runbook, opdoc, and recovery-procedure set to reduce bus factor and speed restoration of service •Continuous quality and process improvement plan covering bottlenecks, scaling risks and performance gains •Agile Methodology
- if possible with JIRA knowledge •Stakeholder communication pack for manager, peers, infrastructure, networking, and security teams. •Reservation-to-finance process design document covering Manage Reservations and downstream posting impacts covering: •Finance and master data governance framework for chart of accounts, customer, booking,



and reference-data ownership •Billing process design pack covering invoice generation, adjustments, credit and rebill scenarios, and control points •Cash allocation operating model for reservation receipts, matching logic, suspense handling, and exception resolution •Dispute management workflow design covering intake, classification, investigation, resolution, and escalation paths •End-to-end process inventory and RACI across Reservations, Finance, Master Data, Billing, Cash Allocation, and Disputes •Functional and technical backlog for SAP configuration, interface, data, control, and reporting enhancements •Support booking testing cycles SIT, UAT, and regression test library covering reservation, billing, allocation, Payments, and dispute scenarios •Test evidence packs with defect logs, retest outcomes, and sign-off tracking per release •Cutover and deployment playbooks for master data, open transactions, billing interfaces, and cash application readiness •Hypercare issue log, command-center reporting, and stabilization dashboard for post-go-live support This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •Bachelor’s degree (BBM / BBA / BCom) from an accredited college/university •Master’s degree (MBA/M.com) from an accredited college/university Work experience •10+ years of relevant experience •Previous experience in Big 4/Big 6 firms is highly preferred •Experience in people management, performance management, leading teams of 5-6 members, reviewing work of juniors
