Role Description The Interior Design Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position oversees interior design projects from concept through execution, ensuring designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timeline commitments. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors; reviewing and approving design layouts, materials, and finishes; and supervising on-site installation to maintain design quality and safety standards. The role also involves managing project documentation, monitoring progress, resolving design and execution issues, and guiding the design team to deliver consistent,



high-quality interiors that align with Namo Realty’s brand and project goals. Qualifications
• Strong project management skills to plan, schedule, monitor, and deliver interior projects on time and within budget.
• Proven team leadership capabilities to supervise designers, coordinate with site staff, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Customer service skills to understand client needs, manage expectations, and maintain professional, solution-focused communication.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to develop, review, and adapt detailed interior layouts and technical drawings.
• Solid interior design expertise, including space planning, materials and finishes selection, lighting concepts, and familiarity with local building standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects, preferably within Mumbai or similar urban environments.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site regularly, visit project locations, and oversee implementation activities as needed.
