Guided by the belief that the learning curve is the earning curve, Transformance Forums is driven by the simple yet powerful goal of hearing, “I learnt today.” Role Description The Delegate Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mira Bhayandar, focused on bringing the right participants to Transformance Forums’ events and learning platforms. Day-to-day work includes identifying target audiences, researching potential delegates, and reaching out via calls, emails, and professional networks to introduce relevant series and programs. The role involves nurturing relationships with professionals and organizations, understanding their learning and development needs, and clearly explaining the value of participating in specific events. The Delegate Acquisition professional will maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, follow up consistently to convert interest into confirmed registrations,



and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and attendee experience. This position also requires gathering feedback from delegates to improve future events and contributing ideas to strengthen outreach strategies. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with professionals at different seniority levels.
• Experience or interest in sales, business development, or delegate acquisition for events, conferences, or training programs.
• Ability to conduct structured research on target audiences, organizations, and decision-makers using online tools and professional platforms.
• Comfort with making outbound calls, sending targeted outreach emails, and following up systematically to convert leads into confirmed delegates.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or lead-tracking tools, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Motivation to work in a purpose-driven learning and development environment and contribute to impactful professional growth experiences.
• Prior experience in events, L&D;, corporate training, or education sectors is an advantage but not mandatory. ?
