Role Description The Assistant Warehouse Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hosur. This role supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment. The Assistant Warehouse Manager helps manage inventory levels, supervises stock counts, monitors material handling equipment usage, and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with logistics teams, optimizing space utilization, supporting process improvements, and leading a team of warehouse associates through clear work allocation and performance feedback. The role involves preparing operational reports, tracking key performance indicators,



and ensuring that warehouse activities align with Prozo’s service quality and efficiency goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse workflows and optimize storage and movement of goods.
• Candidates should possess safe and efficient Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with other material handling equipment.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably in an FMCG, e-commerce, or multi-client fulfillment environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with warehouse management systems and basic data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards in warehousing operations.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
