Role Description The Owner at Elemental Fixtures is responsible for providing overall strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This full-time, in office role is based in Anekal and involves setting business goals, overseeing financial performance, and guiding key decisions related to retail design, manufacturing, and project delivery. The Owner will work closely with leadership teams to manage production facilities, optimize resource utilization, maintain quality standards, and uphold safety and compliance requirements. Daily activities include reviewing project pipelines, monitoring timelines and budgets, nurturing client relationships,



and identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. The role also includes building and mentoring teams, shaping the company culture, and representing Elemental Fixtures in stakeholder meetings, partnerships, and industry forums. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within manufacturing, furniture, fixtures, or retail design sectors.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
• Proficiency in operations management, including production planning, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking to ensure healthy margins and efficient use of capital.
• Experience with project management frameworks and technology platforms, ideally including ERP or similar systems supporting end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, foster collaboration among artisans, managers, and support staff, and build a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a focus on service quality and long-term partnerships.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as millwork, metal fabrication, and powder coating, and awareness of safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field is preferred;
