Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amber, responsible for supporting and growing Sky NextGen Solar’s presence in the renewable energy and solar EPC market. This role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, developing marketing materials, and coordinating promotional activities to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies,



and use insights to refine marketing messaging and positioning. Daily tasks involve collaborating with sales and operations teams, engaging with customers and partners, managing social media and basic content creation, and tracking campaign performance metrics. The role also includes maintaining consistent communication with prospects and clients, supporting events or outreach programs, and contributing to long-term marketing strategy for regional and national growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and plan targeted campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and brand-building initiatives.
