Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days Role: Techno-Functional (80% Functional / 20% Technical) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Core HR and Absence Management, along with technical knowledge of Fast Formulas and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, implementation, and support. Experience in UK Absence legislation is preferred; candidates with experience in any other legislation are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and solutions.
• Configure absence plans, absence types, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, and absence-related processes.
• Manage Core HR configurations, including workforce structures, jobs, grades, departments, positions, and person management.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications,



configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective HCM solutions. Required Skills
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on functional experience in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Good knowledge of Fast Formulas and Oracle Fusion HCM reporting.
• Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.
• Understanding of configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Skills
• UK Absence legislation experience is preferred; other absence legislations are acceptable.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
• Basic knowledge of HDL and HCM integrations is an added advantage. Mandatory Requirements
