No. of Openings: 1 ⏳ Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Costing Sr. Executive (Operations Finance Analyst) with experience in precision manufacturing to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between manufacturing operations and financial performance by analysing production costs, monitoring operational efficiency, identifying cost variances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and monitor the financial impact of First Article Inspection (FAI) failures and approvals, including scrap, rework, and associated costs.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to identify potential cost overruns during the FAI stage before mass production.
• Monitor actual manufacturing cycle times against standard routing hours to identify labour and overhead cost variances.
• Analyse historical production and cycle time data to support accurate standard costing and product margin calculations.
• Track manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Evaluate completed CI projects to ensure improvements in cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency are reflected in financial performance.
• Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Valuable understanding of manufacturing cost analysis and costing principles.
• Knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, FAI, production cycle time, lead time, scrap, and rework.
• Ability to analyse cost variances, production data, and operational performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

E. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in precision manufacturing.
• Candidates with exposure to manufacturing costing, operations finance, cost analysis, or production cost optimization will be preferred.
