1 to 3 years Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About Fides Sales Private Limited We are a Delhi-based importer and distributor of wines and spirits, working since 2012 with a portfolio from 10 countries and serving hotels, restaurants, bars and retail partners. Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and post entries accurately Prepare sales and purchase invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable Handle taxes calculations, returns and reconciliations Reconcile bank statements and vendor and customer ledgers Support month-end closing and prepare monthly reports Assist with audits and statutory compliance Coordinate with the sales,



logistics and management teams on billing and payments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field Hands-on experience with Tally (or similar accounting software) Vat and GST Good working knowledge of Excel Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Experience in trading, distribution or the beverage industry is an advantage KPIs Accuracy of entries and reconciliations Sales, Purchase, Journal entries, Ledgers, Debit/Credit notes On-time Tax filing and month-end closing Timely invoicing and payment follow-ups Prepare reports on inventory Maintain records for Audit and Inspections
