Store Manager – Silverfied

- Lead and motivate the store team with daily briefings and clear targets
- Give customers a warm, premium experience and handle queries, feedback, and complaints confidently
- Plan shifts, attendance, and leaves, and make sure the store opens and closes on time
- Keep displays and visual merchandising fresh and attractive
- Manage inventory: stock counts, receiving, storage, replenishment, and reconciliation with the head office. Report any discrepancy, damage, or loss immediately
- Handle crises calmly, such as customer complaints, piercing-related concerns, staff shortages, or system failures, and escalate to management quickly with explicit information
- Manage discipline: set clear expectations, enforce company policies and the employment agreement,



handle punctuality, conduct, and performance issues fairly, and document warnings Who You Are
- 3-5 years of retail experience, including at least 1-2 years as a team lead or manager (jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty preferred)
- A strong leader who can motivate a young team
- Fluent in Hindi and English, and great with customers
- Organised, fair, and comfortable with inventory records and reports
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
