We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA preferred) with a robust command of Zoho Books and a track record of leading finance functions in dynamic business environments. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and working capital
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
• Financial analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and process optimization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
• ERP or accounting software experience, especially Zoho Books
