Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an e-commerce or quick-commerce environment and be comfortable handling customer queries, order management, returns, and issue resolution across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.

- Handle order-related enquiries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Maintain accurate customer records and support tickets.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and skilled service.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

- Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements.

RequirementsRequirements





- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support with an e-commerce or quick-commerce company (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Myntra, etc.).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience using CRM or customer support platforms is preferred.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of order management and logistics processes.

- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
